Qualifications:

 
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Psychology, or related field
 
• Previous experience as a Content Moderator or similar role
 
• Familiarity with online platforms and social media
 
• Strong understanding of content guidelines and online community dynamics
 
• Excellent attention to detail and strong decision-making skills
 
• Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
