Tasks:

• Lease apartments to prospective residents and follow up on leads
• Conduct property tours and provide information about available units and amenities
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure that leasing office and model units are maintained and presentable at all times
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records and prepare leasing reports as needed
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance staff to ensure resident satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or similar role
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with property management software and tools
