Tasks:

• Review client requests for quotes and ensure that all necessary information is available
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to determine the most accurate pricing for products and services
• Prepare and deliver quotes to clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes and follow-up activities
• Monitor quote acceptance rates and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the quote process

Qualifications:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Quote Coordinator or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
