Tasks:

• Develop and implement vendor management policies and procedures
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on cost, quality, and service level agreements
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, including pricing, service level agreements, and terms and conditions
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct vendor audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain vendor scorecards and reports to track vendor performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in vendor management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of vendor management principles, policies, and procedures
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with vendor management software and tools
